Texas Longhorn Equities is a Partnership of Investors who own, operate and manage rental housing properties. Our Primary goal is to help make your move and stay with us as comfortable and as easy as possible.

We have put together a group of individuals that together as a team have a full range of abilities and experience to assist you in your relocation and provide you with a comfortable home.

Our company is a proud member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), Texas Apartment Association (TAA), Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA), and Tarrant County Apartment Association. All of these Associations strive to set excellent standards in the Rental housing market.

Since 2001 Texas Longhorn Equities has been working hard to alleviate the difficult property management tasks of being a landlord.  Texas Longhorn Equities is a community friendly company.  At TXLEC we strive to keep our owners and tenants happy.

We manage properties in various counties – nearly 700 properties.  We do application screening process which consists of credit check, background check, and rental verification.  That is just part of the many services we do:

• Routine maintenance
• Marketing of properties
• Preparations for marketing
• Showing properties to prospect tenants
• Managing accounts for deposits, accounts payable/receivable, and more!

	Trish Mounce Leasing Manager This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. She will be the person you will usually talk when you have questions concerning your lease.
